The petitioner who was remanded to judicial custody on 20.02.2021 for the offence under Section 392 of IPC in Cr.No.1190 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have robbed the defacto complainant's mobile. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and that there are ten previous cases pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
