ORDER

Learned counsel for the respondent has stated no objection for allowing this application. This application has been filed seeking to raise the order of attachment dated 02.11.2019 passed by the learned Arbitrator in I.A.No.87 of 2019 in Arbitration Case No.VKT/SF/08/2019.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that part payments were

made by the applicant and an understanding has reached between the applicants and the respondent and on receipt of the part payments, the respondent shall agree to raise the order of attachment dated 02.11.2019 passed by the learned Arbitrator in I.A.No.87 of 2019 in Arbitraton Case No.VKT/SF/08/2019.

3. Since the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions has stated no objection for allowing this application, this Application is allowed as prayed for.

4. The Memorandum of Understanding dated 22.02.2025, which has been filed along with this Application through which the respondent has agreed for raising the order of attachments, shall form part of this order.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.M.Arunachalam as the counsel for the respondent. Registry is directed to accept the Vakalat filed by Mr.M.Arunachalam, without insisting for "noted endorsement" from the counsel for the applicant.

6. The respondent is permitted to communicate this order to the concerned Sub-Registrar's office.
