ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4709 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30480 of 2024 dated Page No.1 of 4

14.03.2025 (i.e) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30840 of 2024 dated 09.01.2025 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.4709 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30480 of 2024 dated 14.03.2025 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once a month, i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
