When the matter is taken up today, Mr.M.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous since the petitioner, Mr.N.Ragavendran has already been reinstated into service.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
