Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to select and appoint the petitioner candidature to the post of Anganwadi at the center Chinna Ariyagoundanpatti West, Namagiri Pettai Post, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District based on the merit as per the Government guidelines, in the selection conducted as per the call letter No.Na.Ka:305/2017, dated 23.08.2017 under the category of widow, schedule caste, resident within few yards, having three children and with 10th passed qualification as per the norms in the selection and considering the candidate's meritorious status when comparing with other participants.

2.The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to select and appoint the writ petitioner to the post of Anganwadi at the center Chinna Ariyagoundanpatti West, Namagiri Pettai Post, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing the matter for a considerable length of time, and when this Court expressed its view that in the absence of establishing any legal right, this writ petition cannot be entertained, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested for withdrawal of this writ petition.
