This criminal revision has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 28.07.2020 passed in C.M.P.No.2184 of 2020 in Crime No.165 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Coimbatore.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there are five cases of theft pending against the petitioner herein and at this juncture, if the passport is returned to the petitioner, she will leave India for good and will not be available for trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
