..Applicant Application filed under Section 460(4) of The Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 9, 11(b) of The Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 praying for the following reliefs:

(a) to take the report on record;

(b) Official Liquidator may be permitted to pay valuation charges to the tune of Rs.99,400/- to ITCOT Limited from funds of the company in liquidation;

(c) Official Liquidator may be permitted to pay paper publication charges to M/s.Gameplan Communications Private Limited to the tune of Rs.2,56,424/- from Common Pool Fund Account and the same may be recouped after the sale of the assets.

ORDER

The Official Liquidator has applied for permission to pay valuation charges and advertising charges in relation to the sale of the property of the company in liquidation.

2. In the report in support of this application, it is stated that the company in liquidation has insufficient funds to make the above payments and that the Official Liquidator be permitted to make the payment from and out of common pool fund account subject to the condition that the same be recouped from the sale proceeds of the assets of the company in liquidation.
