This Petition has been filed to relax the condition 'that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders' imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4645 of 2024 dated 29.02.2024 on the file of this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
