Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents to transfer the investigation of the case to the CBCID or CBI for a fresh investigation and to file the Charge sheet as against the offenders.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation of the case in Crime No.429 of 2016. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case was investigated and closed as "further action dropped" and a final report was filed on 03.10.2016 before the Executive Magistrate.

The 2nd respondent police is directed to file the closure report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court viz., learned Judicial Magistrate II, Mannargudi, after giving notice to the Defacto complainant and it is left open to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the defacto complainant to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
