PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the order dated 30.03.2023 in CMP No.649 of 2023 in Crl.M.P No.122 of 2023 on Principal Session Judge at Tiruppur and extend the time.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.03.2023 in Cr.MP No.649 of 2023 in Crl.M.P No.122 of 2023 on Principal Session Judge at Tiruppur and extend the time.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner got anticipatory bail in Cr.M.P.No.122 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur. However, the petitioner could not comply with the condition within the time specified. Therefore, the petitioner filed Cr.M.P.No.649 of 2023 in Cr.M.P.No.122 of 2023 for extension of time for complying the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.122 of 2023 and that petition was dismissed. Therefore, this petition.
3. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to viral fever and illness, the petitioner was unable to comply with the condition within the time specified in Cr.M.P.No.122 of 2023.
4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court grants further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.122 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.
