PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to transfer the case from the investigation by the 2nd respondent Police to any other special agencies of CB CID or District Crime Branch, Nagapattinam, to conduct the fresh investigation on the complaint of the petitioner pertaining to Crime No. 158 of 2013, on the file of the 2nd respondent Police and to file the Charge Sheet as against the offenders.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.158 of 2013, on the file of the second respondent Police to any other special agencies of CBCID or District Crime Branch, Nagapattinam and to file the charge sheet as against the offenders.

3.It is seen from the records that FIR was registered in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Crime No.158 of 2013 under Section 435 IPC. The second respondent has already completed the investigation and filed a "closure report". Therefore, the need for transfer of investigation does not arise in this petition. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
