ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot, to dispose the Crl.M.P.No.1343 of 2021 filed praying to return of vehicles seized in Crime No.117 of 2021 and hand over the same to the owner of the vehicle.

2.It is submitted by the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent that the vehicle has already been returned to the owner, on 06.07.2021 by the Trial Court, therefore, nothing survives in the present petition.

3.As the prayer sought in this petition by the petitioner for returning of the vehicle, which is already accomplished, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4.In view of the same, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
