LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J, This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 15.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.3476 of 2023 that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with two sureties each, for a like sum facilitating the petitioner to appear for mediation to put forth his case before the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3476 of 2023. Insofar as the execution bond for Rs.5,00,000/- is concerned, the petitioner has a difficulty in procuring bond for two sureties. Hence, he would seek for a modification with respect to execution of bond alone.

Crl.M.P.No.6513 of 2023 V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J, Anu/gd is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner shall deposit the sum of Rs.20,00,000/- as previously directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3476 of 2023.
