O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground as Sweeper.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner lost her father and mother and therefore submitted a representation to the first respondent on 26.07.2007, seeking appointment on compassionate grounds. In this regard, the Municipal Commissioner, Mettupalayam Municipality/second respondent, has also addressed a letter to the Commissioner for Municipal Administration/first respondent. 3.Thus, without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 26.07.2007, along with the letter of the Municipal Commissioner, Mettupalayam Municipality and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the

representation along with the copy of the letter sent by Municipal Commissioner to the first respondent with all necessary documents, along with the order passed today (30.10.2017) in this Writ Petition.
