ORDER
Learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo, dated 09.03.2026 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to re-agitate the issue after the outcome of Crl.A.Nos.001027 and 001028 of 2023 stated to be pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
2. In view of the memo filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn subject to the liberty as noted above. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
