Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 - 4 to close the gate belonging to the Respondent 5 leading to 2nd Street Sylvan Lodge Colony and restore to its original dead-end street and also remove the obstructions/encroachment such as the ramp which is laid on the cul-de-sac and furthermore not cause any nuisance to petitioner's free ingress and egress otherwise the petitioner would be put to irreparable loss and hardship and thereafter direct mutation of records in the life of the Respondents 1-4 by removing the entry '2nd Street, Sylvan Lodge Colony' from the Respondent 5 property in S.No.3111/40 within a reasonable time.

(Order of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) The Petitioner has come before this Court, seeking direction to Respondents 1 to 4, to close the gate belonging to the 5th Respondent, leading to 2nd Street, Sylvan Lodge Colony and restore to its original dead-end street and also to remove the obstructions/encroachment such as the ramp which is laid on the cul-de-sac and furthermore not to cause any nuisance to Petitioner's free ingress and egress. 2.Heard Mr.Ajay Francis Inigo Loyola, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned State Government Counsel appearing for R1 to R3 and Mr.K.Raja Srinivas, learned standing counsel appearing for R4. 3.After arguing the matter for a considerable time, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
