Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. to relax the bail condition which was passed on 16.03.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.728 of 2020 and direct the petitioner to report before the Nellikuppam Police Station at Cuddalore.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition which was passed on 16.03.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.728 of 2020 and direct the petitioner to report before the Nellikuppam Police Station at Cuddalore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.728 of 2020 on 16.03.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.728 of 2020 on 16.03.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the 2/4

Nellikuppam Police Station at Cuddalore, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
