in Crime No.5 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 7 r/w 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the friend of victim's father; that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner had touched the breast of the victim girl aged about 14 years inappropriately. Hence the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegations are false and in any case, considering the period of incarceration and the fact that the final report has been filed, he may be released on bail. 4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted a copy of Section 183 BNSS statement.

allegation and the period of incarceration and the fact that the final report has been filed, this Court is of the view that further custody of the petitioner is not required for the purpose of investigation.
