ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed praying to direct the Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Kancheepuram to expedite the enquiry in an interlocutory application in IA.No.139 of 2014 in OS.No.18 of 2014.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Sub-Court, Kancheepuram is directed to dispose of the IA.No.139 of 2014 in OS.No.18 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
