2. When the matter is take up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that action has already been initiated against both the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to proceed further in accordance with law including by way of issuing stop work notice.
