ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.04.2021 for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 307 of IPC in Cr.No.183 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant's husband.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to the attack, the victim has lost his left side eye sight. He further submitted that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and the fact that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
