This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 03.04.2025, has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9951 of 2025. However in the order copy, the Sections have been wrongly mentioned as 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, 1985 & 25(1)(a) of Arms Act instead of 296(b), 132, 109 of BNS and 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act, 1985 & 25(1)(a) of Arms Act, and the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.
