Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider her representation dated 04.02.2019, wherein and whereby, she sought for rectification of mistake crept in the Revenue records in respect of Survey No.21/2, measuring an extent of 1.74 Acre, Karuppalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issuance of patta in her favour.
3. It is stated by the petitioner that the subject matter property was erroneously classified as ""Paathai Poromboke" in the Revenue records.
Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 04.02.2019 seeking for rectification of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
mistake crept in the Revenue records and issuance of patta in her favour. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondent so far.

5. This Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
