P.D. AUDIKESAVALU,J., ggs by this Court, the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation by its letter dated 25.10.2018 has informed the Petitioner that they do not require Guardianship Certificate. Hence, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made, the Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

2. Registry is directed to return the original documents, if any, filed by the Petitioner to the Counsel for the Petitioner by 15.11.2018 under written acknowledgement after substituting the same with certified copy thereof, to be obtained and produced by the counsel for the Petitioner.
