The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 06.04.2015, 03.02.2016 and 08.03.2016 for making promotions to the posts of Driving Instructor and also as Traffic Manager by taking into account the length of services of the petitioner and also the 5 level reviews awarded to the petitioner with effect from the date on which his juniors were promoted.

2.The petitioner worked as temporary sweeper-cum-peon in the bank of Baroda at Villupuram Branch, Namakkal District, from May 2013 to 31.12.2015. However, without assailing any reason she was terminated from service on 31.12.2015.
3.It is the further case of the petitioner that the respondent gave advertisement on 10.01.2015 in the local tamil daily, inviting the applications for the post of full time sweeper-cum-peon. The petitioner also applied for the same. However, till date, the respondents have not considered the petitioner's application. Hence, on 03.05.2016, the petitioner also made a representation requesting to appoint her permanently. Though the representation was received by the respondents, till date no action had been taken.
4. In view of the above, there will be an direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2016, and to pass appropriate orders, on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
