The matter is listed today for 'clarification' on receipt of memo dated 26.07.2022 from Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent stating that in para 4 of the order dated 12.07.2022, that instead of 'Rs. 52,159/-', it has been inadvertently typed as 'Rs. 55,341/-', which may be rectified and corrected copy issued to the parties.

In view of the same, para 4 of the order dated 12.07.2022 shall by substituted as follows:- "4.

It has been brought to notice by Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner had entered into Memorandum of Settlement dated 31.05.2017 in which he has received a sum of Rs. 52,159/- in full satisfaction of the interest claimed for belated payment of ex-gratia amount and its copy has been placed on record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter."

Registry is directed to issue corrected copy of the order to the concerned parties without collecting any extra charges for the same. 29.07.2022 skr 2/3
