ORDER
Heard.
This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.1.2013, in which the petitioner had requested the respondents, not to provide any basic civic amenities, relating to the layout formed, in S.No.329/2, Ponnur Village, Thellar Panchayat Union, Vandavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, in view of the cancellation order, granting approval for the layout, by the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 2.11.2012, till the approval of the layout.
The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had placed before this Court the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 1.2.2013, stating that no amenities will be provided to the layout formed, in S.No.329/2, Ponnur Village, Thellar Panchayat Union, Vandavasi Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, for the present.
In view of the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 1.2.2013, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
