C O M M O N O R D E R Learned counsel on either side submitted that the suits in O.S.Nos.14 and 15 of 2017 were dismissed on 28.04.2018. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondent/plaintiff in both C.R.P(PDs) had filed appeals in A.S.Nos.73 and 74 of 2017, which were also dismissed on 20.03.2019.

2.Recording the above submissions, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. It is open to the learned counsel for the petitioner / defendant in both C.R.P.(PDs) to take further steps to delete the entries of attachment from the registers of the Office of the concerned Sub-Registrar.
