This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner's daughter died on 15.08.2015 and the petitioner has now a given a complaint dated 02.09.2015, suspecting foul play in his daughter's death. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 02.09.2015. Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to take action in accordance with law.
