3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1889 of 2026 in Arb.OP(Com.Div).DR.No.50647 of 2026 is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
