This petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondent made final report in Crime No.754 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time. 2.It is seen that already this Court has directed the second respondent to file a final report in Crl.O.P.No.31809 of 2014 to expedite investigation by an order dated 09.12.2014. Subsequently, again this Court directed the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.5906 of 2016 by an order dated 05.04.2016 to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months. Though this Court repeatedly directed the second respondent, he failed to complete the investigation. Case Diary was missing while direction was issued by this Court. Now, the second respondent is traced the entire Case Diary and enquired about to complete the investigation. 3.Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is hereby disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court by way of Contempt Petition.
