This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 227 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgement and conviction dated 13.06.2024 made in Special S.C.No.21 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Sessions Judge (incharge), Mahila Court (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 227 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
