This petition has filed to recall the non bailable warrant issued against the applicant/second respondent on 13.04.2023.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13.04.2023, the second respondent appeared before this Court today. Hence, non-bailable warrant issued against the second respondent is recalled.

3. Accordingly, this petition is closed. Further, the Assistant Commissioner of Labour has disbursed the gratuity to the tune of Rs.1,76,070/- and aggrieved to pay the interest as awarded to the petitioner.

4. As a last chance, this Court directs the second respondent to pay the interest as awarded by the Assistant Commissioner of Labour, vide order dated 05.09.2013, within a period of one week and post the matter on 28.04.2023 for reporting compliance, failing which, the second respondent shall appear before this Court on 28.04.2023.
