ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant seeking for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent herein / bail petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5507 of 2025 vide order dated 28.02.2025 on the file of this Court.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the earlier hearing also (i.e., 22.10.2025), the petitioner was not appeared either in person or through counsel.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that final report in this case has already been filed and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.235 of 2025 on the file of the Mahila Court, and now the case is pending for trial. He further submitted that the accused is regularly appeared before this Court.

4. Hence, this Court is of the view that, cancellation of anticipatory bail at this stage, is not proper and this Court is not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the bail petitioner.
