The petitioner filed this petition to modify the conditions of execute two sureties for each petitioners as imposed by this Court by an order made in Crl.O.P.No.9750 of 2020, dated 30.06.2020.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that each of the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each (Rupees ten thousand only) wity one surety, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
