This application is filed by the encroacher seeking to implead it in the contempt proceeding.

2.Since the contempt is the matter between the Court and the Contemnor and the direction of this Court is to the Revenue Divisional Officer to remove encroachment if any found over the pathway, we deem it unnecessary to hear the applicant in the Contempt Petition. Hence, this Sub. Application is dismissed.
