ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 & 109 of IPC in Crime No.24 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitoenr has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
