2. Considering the facts stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and the nature of the petitions, this Court is of the view that the petitioners are also necessary and proper parties to the proceedings. Accordingly, these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and show the petitioners as respondents 9 & 10 sofar.
