ORDER

Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25/01/2025 to permit the petitioner to run the restaurant namely Hotel Sugandha Bhavan, Situated at No. 130, M.T.H. Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai -600058 24, hours a day, throughout the year, as per the mandate issued by the Government of Tamilnadu.

2. On perusal of the records and upon hearing the submissions made on either sides, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought in this petition cannot be considered. The petitioner ought to have approached the concerned authority to seek police protection to run the restaurant 24 hours a day. Hence, this petition is devoid of merits and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
