COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. The petitioners were working as Anganvadi workers and have given a representation dated 30.04.2022 for transferring them to a nearby Mini Child Welfare Centre.
3. The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 30.04.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case and it is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
