O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's agricultural lands measuring 2 acres in S.F.No.294/3D, situate at Agalakottai Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District for surveying and measuring by the Revenue Officials.

2. It is seen from records, the petitioner did not approach the revenue officials and did not pay requisite fees for surveying his land. Though she obtained relief from Civil Court, she has to approach the Revenue Officials to appoint the surveyor for surveying her land, the surveyor can very well seek police protection, if he felt any hindrance while surveying her land as requested by the petitioner. On such request, concerned Police official is directed to consider the same after issuing notice to the counter parties and pass orders, on merits, in accordance with law.

3. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
