This original petition has been filed seeking issuance of succession certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the securities viz., shares held by the petitioner's father and daughter. http://www.judis.nic.in

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay 2.The petitioner's father Janardhanam died on 08.01.2013. His wife, Vatsala Janardhanam died on 03.03.2018. The daughter of the petitioner Anita died on 11.05.1999. Her death certificate has been marked as Ex.P.1. The respondent who is the brother of the petitioner, has given his consent affidavit for grant of succession certificate in favour of the petitioner.

3.The petitioner has been examined as PW1. The publication has also been effected and no objection has been received. In view of the above, this application is allowed. Succession certificate is directed to be issued to the petitioner in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition.
