Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the first respondent is hereby directed to conduct a detailed enquiry into the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.02.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties and dispose of the same on merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
