This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.26094 of 2023, dated 22.11.2023.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26094 of 2023, dated 22.11.2023, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
