O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report.

2.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the F.I.R. has been pending from the year 2018 onwards, therefore, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report in Crime No.275 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
