The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.11.2019, to investigate and to file a final report.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 25.11.2019, the petitioner was issued with CSR No.1653 of 2019 and the same was enquired on 26.11.2019. After conducting enquiry, it was closed on 26.11.2019. Therefore the petition is devoid of merits. 3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. directed to serve copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
