(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the offences as under Sections 174(3) Cr.P.C., @ to under Sections 304(B), 498(A) and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 instead of the offences under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C @ to under Sections 304(B), 498(A) and 506(i) in Crl.O.P.No. 8587 of 2020 order dated 31.07.2020. 2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Amendment Petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
