W.P.Nos.12582, 12591, 12767, 12786, 12800, 12802, 12808 and 12816 of 2022 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J On a request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the operative portion of the common order dated 15.06.2022 passed in these Writ Petitions, by inadvertence, the impugned order dated 26.04.2022 was omitted to be quashed along with the other impugned orders dated 12.04.2022, 20.04.2022 and 25.04.2022.

3. Admittedly, the petitioners have challenged the four impugned orders referred to supra. Only due to inadvertence, the impugned order dated 26.04.2022 was omitted to be quashed and was not disclosed in the operative portion of the common order dated 15.06.2022.

4. Accordingly, paragraph 10(d) of the common order dated 15.06.2022 is replaced by the following:

"10(d): In view of the issuance of the

aforementioned directions by this Court, the impugned orders dated 12.04.2022, 20.04.2022, 25.04.2022 and 26.04.2022 issued by the respective respondents, are hereby quashed."

5. In all other aspects, the earlier common order dated 15.06.2022 shall remain unaltered.

6. Registry is directed to issue corrected copy of the common order dated 15.06.2022 to the respective parties.
