ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint dated 29.12.2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not made his appearance.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as defacto complainant, has given a complaint dated 29.12.2014, wherein certain allegations have been made against some persons, but the second respondent has not registered the same. Under the said circumstances, present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

4. Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint dated 29.12.2014 and also considering the fact that the second respondent has not at all looked into the same, the following direction can be given:

"In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The second respondent is strictly directed to look into the complaint dated 29.12.2014 and if any cognizable offences are made out, further directed to take appropriate steps as per law."
