Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8128/2021 dated 30.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SAM NANDHAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6325 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 364, 380, 302 and 201 of I.P.C in Crime No.442 of 2020 while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed. The Case was taken on file before the Trial Court. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear for all the hearings before the Trial Court. This petition is ordered.
